Two Churches. One Ministry.
Our church and our sister church, Chatham Heights Baptist Church, will join together for a shared worship. We will meet at 10:30AM (to split the time difference between our worship services) and will not have Sunday School on this Sunday. We hope to have you join us as we worship together with our Christian family here at First Baptist Church!

First Baptist Church Sanctuary
We will be celebrating Pentecost Sunday. Pentecost, the birthday of the church, is celebrated each year the Sunday after Eastertide. We celebrate the Holy Spirit (symbolized as fire in Acts 2) being given to the believers, thus giving birth to the church. The liturgical color is red, and we celebrate corporately by wearing the colors of fire: red, orange, and yellow.
