The FBC Early Learning Center is hiring!

Do you love to work with children? Do you want to work for a great church ministry serving the children of Martinsville and Henry County? We currently have TWO openings for part-time positions!

Job#1-Toddler Room (children age 1) for approximately 37 hours per week. Monday through Friday, morning and afternoon.

Job #2-Toddler Room (children age 1) for approximately 15 hours per week. Monday through Friday, afternoon only, with opportunity for more hours substituting in the mornings.

Required Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a Central Registry Search through Social Services
Genuine love for children
Be at least 18 years of age
Be Dependable
Possess a good work ethic
Be willing to get CPR/First trained
Be willing to obtain the Virginia Pre-service Training for Child Care Centers

Preferred Qualifications:

Be working towards an Early Education Certificate or an Associate Degree
Have previous experience in Child Care
Already be certified in CPR/First Aid
Already has taken the Virginia Pre-service Training for Child Care Centers
Be MAT certified (Medication Assisted Treatment) Training
