Our Mission Partner, the MHC Warming Center, begins its work for the colder months on November 1st.
The Opening Day will be November 1, 2024, and weekly schedules are posted on their Facebook Page every Saturday. They will place a white flag at the warming center entrance every night that they are open.
The MHC Warming Center provides a safe, warm overnight stay for those experiencing homelessness when temperatures are 40 degrees or below.

Operating Hours
Intake: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Overnight Center 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Please do not arrive to the center until intake begins at 7:00 PM unless otherwise directed by staff.)

Monetary Donations
And as many know, the center operates on donations from the community. If you would like to make a monetary donation, you may donate to the church with “MHC Warming Center” in the memo line or Give Online with the Memo “MHC Warming Center.”

We are also collecting food items for the warming center as well. Feel free to drop off these items at the church during office hours or on Sunday morning:
